In accordance with the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 published in the Official Gazette dated April 7, 2016 and numbered 29677 (“Law”), the Communiqué on Procedures and Principles to be Followed in Fulfilling the Obligation to Inform published in the Official Gazette dated March 10, 2018 and numbered 30356 (“Communiqué”), and relevant legislation, as the data controller, ENEVA ENERJİ (“ENEVA ENERJİ” or “Company”) wishes to inform you, our valued customers, about the cookies and applications we use while providing services related to our website https://enevaenerji.com.tr (“Site”) and the personal data processed through them.

  • Object to the emergence of a result against you by means of solely automated processing of your personal data.
  • If you suffer damages due to the unlawful processing of your personal data, request compensation for your damages.

As personal data owners, if you submit your requests regarding your rights to our company via email or by post to the address specified under the "Identity of the Data Controller" heading in the Customer Information Text, ENEVA ENERJİ will conclude your request free of charge as soon as possible and no later than thirty (30) days, depending on the nature of your request. However, if the process incurs a cost, a fee will be charged according to the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Authority.
