Steam Boilers and Generators
ENEVA designs, manufactures, and commissions steam boilers or steam generators for the steam needs of industrial facilities, depending on capacity, pressure, fuel type, and operating conditions. All systems are handled with a process-specific engineering approach and are custom-manufactured for each project. General features are as follows:
- Fire-tube and water-tube steam boilers (high pressure, high capacity)
- Fire-tube or coil-type steam generators (low water volume)
- Compatible with natural gas, liquid fuels, biogas, and hydrogen
- CE-certified manufacturing according to EN 12952, EN 12953, and ASME standards
STEAM BOILER OR STEAM GENERATOR?
The correct system selection for steam production in industrial facilities depends not only on capacity but also on operational characteristics and process continuity.
Steam boilers are preferred for medium to high-capacity facilities with continuous steam demand, providing high-quality, dry steam. Fire-tube or water-tube designs are chosen according to the required pressure, capacity, and process needs.
Steam generators, on the other hand, are advantageous for low to medium-capacity applications that require fast start-up or where steam demand is intermittent.

- Optimal heat transfer surfaces for ideal pressure drop and flue loss
- Flame and combustion chamber design optimized for low NOx formation
All systems are fully welded in the workshop in accordance with EN ISO 3834; delivered after completion of testing, CE, and other documentation processes.
