ASME-Compliant Water Bath Heater Design and Manufacturing for 45 bar Natural Gas
Water Bath Heater systems, developed to safely and controllably heat high-pressure natural gas without direct flame contact, have been specifically designed and manufactured for this project.
Two units, each with a capacity of 4,500 kW, were manufactured in accordance with ASME standards for a working pressure of 45 bar and successfully delivered for use in Europe.

Project Justification and Requirements
Safe heating of high-pressure and hazardous natural gas is critical for both process continuity and operational safety. In this context, an indirect heating principle was preferred to eliminate direct flame contact and to ensure homogeneous and controlled temperature distribution.
During the design phase, safe operation under high pressure, compliance with international standards, and heavy-duty equipment requirements were considered as key criteria.
Engineering Solution Implemented
In the developed Water Bath Heater system, natural gas is indirectly heated through tube bundles passing through a water bath. The heating process is carried out in a controlled and stable manner, and the system is designed to ensure a high level of safety.
All equipment has been manufactured in compliance with ASME requirements and has successfully passed quality control procedures.
